We're a small team building critical software for regulated enterprises, and we care about craft, honesty and enterprise-grade reliability in equal measure. We'd rather hire slowly than compromise on any of the three.

The work

Governance, risk and compliance is a serious domain that has been under-served by its software. The opportunity is to build the operating system a whole regulated function runs on — risk, controls, policy, obligations, audit, evidence and reporting on one record — at a standard that stands up to auditors, regulators and boards.

It is demanding work. The systems carry consequential decisions, the details matter, and the bar for reliability and clarity is high. That is exactly why it is worth doing well.

How the team works

We keep the team small and the surface deliberate, so people own meaningful areas rather than fragments. Decisions are written down and defensible, we prefer depth over breadth, and we finish and polish one thing before starting the next.

We treat honesty as a working practice, not a slogan: accurate status over optimistic status, real progress over the appearance of it.

How we hire

  • We look for craft, judgement and integrity over credentials or keyword matches.
  • We evaluate on real work and honest conversation rather than trick questions or take-home marathons.
  • We're candid about where the company is: early, focused, and building for the long term.

We post roles here as they open, so this list reflects reality rather than aspiration. When there are no listings, there are no current openings — but we always want to hear from exceptional people in product engineering, security, and compliance and financial-crime domain expertise.
