Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may not do on the OnyxOne platform. It forms part of the Terms of Service.

You must not

  • Use the Service to launder money, finance terrorism, evade sanctions, or facilitate any financial crime.
  • Impersonate others, misrepresent your identity, or provide false KYC information.
  • Infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other rights of any person.
  • Upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or probe, scan or test the security of the Service except under our Bug Bounty policy.
  • Disrupt or overload the Service, or use bots to manipulate markets, pricing or scarcity.
  • Use the Service where doing so is unlawful in your jurisdiction, or from a restricted region.

Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend or terminate access, and report to authorities where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached. Serious or repeated breaches may result in a permanent ban.
