OnyxOne is led against a small set of operating principles that shape how decisions are made across the company, the same principles that govern how the platform is built.

- Human-in-control AI: assistive intelligence supports the people accountable for a decision and never replaces them.
- Honest by policy: no fabricated customers, metrics, certifications or partnerships, internally or externally.
- Deliberate over fast: we would rather do fewer things at a world-class bar than many things adequately.
Our governance model
OnyxOne is structured so that responsibility, oversight and independent assurance are separated, the model we build the platform to support, and the one we hold ourselves to. A board sets direction and holds the executive accountable; management runs the business day to day; and independent review provides assurance over both.

How the company is governed
ONYXONE TECHNOLOGIES LTD was incorporated in England and Wales on 21 July 2026 and is a recently formed company. Its directors are recorded on the public register at Companies House under company number 17352132, which is the authoritative record of who controls the company.
The company has not appointed a separate board of directors, advisory board or named executive team beyond its registered directors, and does not publish roles that are not filled. Any appointment will be announced here, with the individual's consent, once it is made.
How decisions are made today
Risk appetite, product direction, security and conduct are owned by the company's directors. Where this site describes a control, a process or a security practice, it describes what the company does now, not an intended future state: anything on the roadmap is labelled as such.
