We hold ourselves to the same standard of honesty we apply to the product. This page describes how OnyxOne is governed and led — and, where a named appointment is not yet in place, it says so with a clearly-marked placeholder rather than inventing a person.

How we lead

OnyxOne is led against a small set of operating principles that shape how decisions are made across the company — the same principles that govern how the platform is built.

  • Security-first — we build like the systems carry critical compliance decisions, because they do.
  • Evidence-driven — decisions are recorded and defensible; we prefer what can be shown over what can be asserted.
  • Human-in-control AI — assistive intelligence supports the people accountable for a decision and never replaces them.
  • Honest by policy — no fabricated customers, metrics, certifications or partnerships, internally or externally.
  • Deliberate over fast — we would rather do fewer things at a world-class bar than many things adequately.

Our governance model

OnyxOne is structured so that responsibility, oversight and independent assurance are separated — the model we build the platform to support, and the one we hold ourselves to. A board sets direction and holds the executive accountable; management runs the business day to day; and independent review provides assurance over both.

Board & oversight

The board and its committees set risk appetite and strategy and hold the executive team accountable for delivery, security and conduct.

An independent advisory group spanning compliance, financial crime, security and enterprise software, convened to challenge and inform the company. Members will be named here once confirmed, with their consent.

OnyxOne's executive roles are defined as a structure. Where an appointment is not yet public, the role is shown as a clearly-marked placeholder — we will replace each with a named leader (and their consent to be listed) rather than publish an invented person, biography or photograph.
